BASIS identifies the properties and relations that remain valid across these environments, establishing the conditions under which Federation operations can be reliably performed.

  • Field — the invariant structural substrate itself (the constitutional chassis / manifold)

  • Horizon — navigational + latent capacity (direction, threshold, future expansion, recoverable potential)

  • Letters — semantic payload (root language tokens, ontologies, constitutional statements)

  • Symbols — glyphs, marks, media, and visual/structural expression (including First Mark / Second Mark / Witness carriers)
